My glove box is stuck!! Got pulled over and I couldnt get my registration out!!

Before I left for italy/france it was starting to becoe a little tricky to open it but not too bad. Well yesterday I got pulled over for no tag lights and the guy wanted to see my liscence and registration. Its kinda tricky to give the man those papers when you cant get to them!! It seems like its glued shut almost, any ideas?

negative, unless the lock is broke. i stick my key and there and spin it sround a million time and still no openy

umm i think if you can spin it around a million times there's something wrong with your lock, but i don't think that's what you mean

do you hear a click like the clock unlatched or just nothing like it is really locked?

btw- what happened with the cop?

cop let me go with a warning, which was nice of him. it doesnt spin complety around but no matter where i put it it wont budge.

well mine started doing that a lil bit not too long ago. i had to pry it open a little bit with a screw driver and pop the latch open manually. since i did that once, all i need to do is push in the glovebox, pull the latch then pull out like normal. for some reason pushing it in releases something for me but i dont mind it anymore
