My Mustang Is Getting Hot :(

hey guys I have a 2010 mustang gt and I've noticed my coolant temp going from 198-210 driving on the high way then when I get to low speeds it slowly comes back down I changed my thermostat (195 OE) to try to help but it still does the same. I'm thinking the water pump might be going out any ideas?
