My new DD Fox body

Not what you expected was it?I can now start on my suspension and anything else I want to do the Stang.Picked me up a DD yesterday.Don't be jealous I know it has tons of power and torque and a chick magnet to boot.
I present to you the Z Train aka. piss and musTurd. Not bad for a $300 car.

Man, that is PIMP! You'll have to start peeling the ladies off of you... But seriously, it looks in pretty good shape. Whats leaking on it that warrants the use of the cardboard?

Needs more than just tint:

Paint it all black and drop a DOHC 4.6 in it. Sleeper and a half!

Only thing it needs is a valve cover gasket. It just spots the ground thats why I have the plywood down. I hate spots. That is rain water standing. It rained most of the morning and all nite.

Imagine what that MTV car show could do with it.

Serously, that should be a good car for you. A lot of the old timers had those (maybe you could say they were like Escorts and Foci are to Mustang guys these days - they'd have the stang for fun and the DD was one of those). That thing will be a great parts chaser car, spare car, parking in the ghetto car, etc.

I never realized that those had the original Turbines.

Enjoy! (Seriously).

I like driving it HISSIN! If mtv pimped it I would not They sure spend a lot of cash to destroy a car.imo any way.
My wife isn't sure how to act since we can take the first open parking spot now and not walk a 100 miles across a parking lot.

"I never realized that those had the original Turbines."

They are hubcaps.

Boxtop Fairmonts RULE!!! NICE RIDE!!!!

I've been looking for a two door version of one of those. (NOT the Zephyr with the slope back. The one with the rear glass that is just like this one.) I already have a 5.0/T5, brakes from a 2000 V6 Stang and an 8.8" disc brake diff. Keep y'all's eyes open, near Columbus. M'kay?

That car rocks! Looks clean. Throw a nice rim/tire combo on it with the tint someone mentioned and that would be hella sweet. I love the color.
