There are a couple header selections that you can go with. The cheaper one is to get a header from a 2.3 Ranger. I am not quite sure what years, but I'm sure somebody will specify soon. The second, more expensive, but probably more powerful option is to get a 2.3 long-tube header from pace-setter. www.pacesetterexhaust.com As fas as mufflers go, you could probably go with just about anything you like. I have yet to install a performance muffler, so I am not going to give you any recommendations on that. Though, again, I'm sure somebody else will. The tips I have chose, (even though they aern't on yet are dual outlet resonator tips. I can't give you a part number or a link because I just purchased mine from the local Lordco auto parts store. If you are having a new exhaust put on, then take the cats out. One last thing is that I am going to with a full 2.5" exhaust. I am hoping that with a 2.5" exhaust, ranger header, no cats and a high flow muffler I will still get enough back pressure on my N/A 2.3. If somebody disagrees then let me know.
