NAPA PN# 600-1819 Q?

I got the stud kits, and after looking at it, I must say i can't tell what is different than OEM one. Everyone told me this is the solution for leaky driver side BBK X-pipe connection prob. But I also have heard that sometimes this doesn't help. Any thoughts people?

The difference is there is no shoulder on the NAPA studs. The little metal sticking out in the center prevents the studs from bolting down further like the shoulderless napa kit.
