I have installed a blow thru pro-m univer mass air meter, however I am not going to be running any turbos for a while. What should I expect to happen? Also what happens when you run a stock mass air with 42 lb injectors???

It'll probably run like crap with non-matching MAF meter and injectors.

Think the univer blow through would actually be ok if calibrated to the right injector size (42lb), but that stock eec and 42lb injectors won't get along, the stock computer's fuel table and maf table are written for 19lb injectors, you can get away with 24's and 30's with tuning on the afpr but 42's are to far off and the car will run like crap. You'll need to have a chip burnt at least a dual stage 2 program one for na with 42lb injectors and one running boost and 42lb injectors. Or you can purchase a tweecer, or eec tuner, even a epec and reprogram your ford computer with the correct fuel and maf tables.

cheaper just to get it calibrated.

Actually it should run pretty bad since when you are NA you need a draw through, only with a turbo or intercooled blower do you use a blow through.....

I asked about the large Univer when I was build a N2O EFI 408 and Pro-M told me I could not use it....

thats in addition to a calibrated maf, a calibrated maf won't solve the problem by itself. About 90 percent of the people that run 42lbers on a stock eec without having a custom chip or reprogramed eec have problems.

Well geez guys you dont have any good news for me do ya :) So you say you can use your stock computer with 24's and 30's. How do you tune for 30's??? And what do you guys reccomend using for an injector. I got heads cam intake and might put nitrous on for a while until I put on the turbos. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!
