I've got an 01 auto GT with a borla stinger catback and o/r x pipe.
I've been fortunate enough to recently run into a lot of cash. My buddy has got an "average" Supra TT. I know they make some serious power. I want to know what is the best way to stay competetive with him. I figure I'd need close to 600+ rwhp. This is how I hope to get there, let me know what you guys think:
Forge motor with lower compression pistons(rods, crankshaft???), boost with Novi 2000, do fuel upgrades, install blower cams. Crank up boost and hope that tranny, differential, and driveshaft can take the power.
I hope that I would be able to get to 600 rwhp with the stock plastic intake and heads. Of course, I would get it tuned by a professional. Is this setup realistic???? Has it been done before?
