Hey guys.. i am putting together a car, and have most parts in order exept for the cam.. dont know which to use..
My setup will be a forged 306 bottom end with edelbrock rpm air gap intake, holley 670cfm street avenger carb with 1" spacer and either a set ported gt40p's or afr165's - fully worked over .. depending on the prices... A couple cams i was thinking of were the x303 (.542/.542) or trickflow stage 2 (.542/.563).. I am leaning towards the trck flow because it favors exhaust.. any comments on these? or suggestions about others?
Other items will include msd igntion, underdrives without a/c, smog, p/s.. long tubes if i can get them to fit (c4 tranny) hurst shifter, flowmasters, and soon - 3.73's.
