Sorry if I am in the wrong thread. It has been a while since I have logged on here. Anyway, I have 4 Cobra R wheels on my car that were purchased in 2000. Seeing that it is now 2008 they are very difficult to find. One of my wheels has a slight bend on the inside and is now starting to crack, hence it won't hold air anymore, not to mention dangerous.
I tried ordering a replica wheel, but the center caps didn't even match and the spokes were off (though the tech dude assured me the offsets were the same). It would not have looked right so I sent it back!
Does anyone have a suggestion as to who would carry the best replicas? I tried ebay for an original, but it is all replicas there. I tried craigslist but there was nothing. I have usually received good advice from this site.
It is probably time for new wheels all together, but I was hoping to keep costs down right now. So other than the "buy 4 new wheels suggestions" does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks
