Need a Good Ford Service dept

I took my 05 GT in for some warranty repairs today, fuel filler, shaker skipping,frt struts, and my door handles are sticking open. They knew of absolutly no problems with any of these items..I couldnt believe they never heard of at least the radio problems let alone the fuel tank. My car has 18,000 probably more than alot of other cars. I have had my car for over a year now. Are there other owners of 05's with this kind of mileage?

i have 14,000 on mine, but it is parked for most of the winter. i have had it for over a year also.

many service depts. dont want to admit that there are known problems with cars.
