Need a small program for my TWEECER !

I'm trying to convert my 10point MAF PRO-M flowsheet to a 30 point MAF to put in the pcm. I understand I need PAUL BOOTH'S EEC EDITOR. But all the links I find for this program are bad. Could anyone email me the program ?
