My factory cai and the roush cai don't fit the 75mm tb. I tried cutting on the factory tb to maf tube but its to cut up to use anymore.

I need a aftermarket brand thats worth while that fits 75mm tb or comes with the 2 couplings 70mm and 75mm. And doesn't use factory mounting crap to the fenderwell. Need the hardware all to come with the kit. My roush crap is a pain in the ass and requires factory hardware.

Need to know quick so I can next day air one.

Thanks
Josh

I got the roush tb to maf with a coupling i bought at lowes and a old densecharger (demolet) maf to air filter right now. I cant use the rest of the roush cause the coupling is to long and the roush pieces arent flexible.

So I'm gonna go with demolet soon.

well shoot, this thread is making me wonder now.....sorry to sidetrack.... Is my stock intake going to fit over the 75mm TB I'll be putting on when I reassemble my car? I wasn't planning on a CAI because all you guys have said they're a waste of money (hp wise)

I was wondering the same thing because at some point I plan on going with a 75mm TB. What CAI's out there will fit, I know JLT is "the best" but I want choices. I'll probably be doing mine by next summer and I want to be able to plan it out before I run into a problem like that as well.

To answer you guys question. No the stock cai won't fit the 75mm throttle body. If you do or want to try to make it fit. You can try to hollow out the end that goes to the tb but I eventually cut through the piece and it was gonna leak.

jlt makes a nice cai,but before you buy go to demolet's web site and read the comparision between the the two. I personally picked up 1 lb of boost with the demolet over a mac cai. they compare there product on a dyno to a jlt cai
