I can't afford the struts, shocks, and other stuff needed to support lower springs so no that won't work.

lol, if you cant afford to put REAL parts under there you think cutting stocker stuff will be any diffrent, youll just wera out the parts faster lol....

you can cut off one half dead coil from the rear, if you really want it low, just leave the springs out

Hey thanks for the advice. How bout you take your know it all **** sucker opinion somewhere else douchebag. This is why stangnet tech is getting useless. *******s like you would rather come judge peoples actions than try and help them out. I cut the C springs since they were made to be cut if needed. Want a copy of the instructions from Ford racing? How bout you go to the other 100 or so guys that use C springs and cut the rear dead coil. Go **** yourself.

And by the way, I didn't have the money to buy it at the moment. I've NEVER been one to do crap jobs on my cars or buy cheap parts just becuase they're cheap. I bought the C springs because they are the exact drop I wanted. I ended up with a kit that has an overly raked rear end so I decided to cut the dead coil like many people have done before. All I wanted was an extra finger drop to even out the fender gap. It already has a rake from the larger diameter tires in the rear. Arriving soon will be the mach 1 struts/shocks to go along with the Mm C/C plates, MM SFC's, and MM LCA's I just purchased. So yeah I guess I'm cheap for spending $800+ on my suspension? Good thinking know it all . Run along and go make yourself look like more of an ass in someone else's tech thread.

I don't need anymore help since the majority of people on here just judge rather than give some actual assistance. This doesn't include shortthrow50. Thanks for your help.

Mods can you please close this down before the douchebag up there comes back with another useless comment.

Only the rears were designed to be cut, and just 1 coil at that. The instructions tell you how to cut them as well.

Uncut, the springs give the car an ass-high rake, and by cutting 1/2 or a full coil off the rear, you can lower the rear down to level height.

I have C springs in my fox and hated the rake. 1/2 coil cut and it rides the way I like it.

I just got done cutting my Ford B springs. Originally, I had a shop cut 3/4 a coil off of the top and i could see no difference . So, I decided to do it myself and cut 1 full coil off. In total I cut 1 3/4 coil off and it sits bad a** now I would not go any lower otherwise I would be in trouble with the prochamber ! As far as ride quality now, in my opinion it rides better ! I have Strange 10 ways, upper and lowers, full tubular k and a arms with coil overs. So, how did you make out ?
