Need help Identifing a Cam..

well I bought this 351c block from a guy which knew nothing about it... The heads were valve ported and the springs were double springs which got me thinking mabey the cam was swaped too? well I need help finding out what the specs on this cam are...

this is what came off the cam from top to bottom.

I understand the 351c and the hydralic cam but what is the other stuff?

Dont you need a special tool for that?
well i guess since i could not find any info online thought maybe you guys might its all good hope fully one day I will take it on to get it checked out

Well to do it properly you need a machinists v block and a dial indicator, but you just measure the largest part of the lobe (highest lift) - the base circle (smallest part) times your rocker ratio and that should get you close. A verneir caliper works to give you ballpark numbers.
