My 91 was in a accident, I found a fender and door. The door went on smooth, but after i lined up the fender, i notices my ground effect near front clip would not go on. It seems the new fender is slighty bigger. Does anyone know why it might be bigger or a easy fix?
what year fender did you buy? 79-90 are the same 91-93 are the same. i don't think you can swap between those years. e.g. 89 fender on a 91 is a no no.

If I remember correctly, 91-93 was just a slight bit wider to accommodate the larger/wider pony wheels. I hung a fender on my old 91, but didn't know what year it came off of, but I didn't have any fitment issues. That was an LX though.
