Ok i have been building my car for about 2 years now and im almost finished. Now all that is left is the wiring. The body is a 1989 4cyl automatic and the engine and engine/EEC harness is from a 1991 5.0. I started to realize i had a problem when i tried to plug my v8 harness into the headlight harness. i realize now that it wont work. my question is with the body being an 89 body should i pull my 91 harness stuff and find an 89 engine harness? also it seems like im going to have problems with the fuel pump relay. I would really like to keep the harness i have as ive moved wires around to mount the coil in a different location and i have already wire tucked the harness. I tried to search several forums/websites but most of that is general swap information and confusing wire diagrams, none of which help my specific problem. Any help is greatly appreciated
