Need help tracking down hesitation off idle and under load > 2K RPM on GT

I've changed the coil packs, the plugs, and the wires, yet it still hesitates. You can sort of hear the hesitation off idle when I blip the throttle in the short video below (sounds like a "wum-WUM" instead "wuum", if I had to describe it). Also, under load, usually above 2-3K RPM, it will feel like a misfire in a cylinder, like a rapid-fire miss, with a good loss of power. No codes are being thrown.

What can I check/replace next?

Good start on the basics, I would add a new fuel filter and check/clean the MAF and TB. A good OBD Scanner/Tuner would be a big help.

Thanks. So far I've cleaned the MAF with an electronic spray cleaner, though I do have a spare I can pop in if needed. Fuel filter is fairly new. TB looked clean when I took off the inlet tube to put in the plugs.

I do have a ODB scanner, but I'm not entirely sure what to look for. I use that Torq application. Is there anything on there I can check for that may give an indication to the issue?
