Need help with body parts replacement

I am trying to remove most of my rear end (Body) but I cant seem to remove all the original parts off without cuting them.

Do you guys a a secret to removing the spot welds so I can weld it back up nicely afterwards?

This worked nicely for the cowel spot wells:

You drill a small pilot hole through the center of each weld first (to accept the spring loaded pin of the spot weld cutter.)

Yes, and I'd recommend getting some replacement blades #770-3842 while you're there. They had to order it for me as neither were in stock.
