Ok, here is the combo... I have decently ported and milled windsor jr heads, 350 stroker (302 block), 12:1 compression, and a lunati cam. I bought it as a long block. I was told that that long block went a 11.8 in a 86 vert with a holley 750 and edelbrock intake(not sure which one). My question is, should I go with the TFS Track or the TFS box R.

I think your choice is really going to depend on what cam you are running. Where does the cam make power?

What is the use of it? The cool thing is the lowers are the same.

I wish I had the specs, the bastard never got them to me like he said he would. Its has decent lift, it pulls hard to 6k. I havent brought it over that yet...

its my occasional street car. I am going to race it on the weekends for fun. Yea the lowers are the same for the street/track, not the R.

Just go with a trick flow r-series manifold. Same dimensions port wise as the box r. The only difference is the box r is taller. So you may need a cowl hood with it. But it doesn't look like you need one with the r-series manifold. And you could get it with either the 75mm or 90mm throttle body.
