Need help with next round of mods.

I've relied on all of you for your advice and help when it comes to the stang. I'm thinking of getting some more stuff for the stang when the uncle sam money arrives. Here is what I'm thinking of getting.

Plan 1: New bullit chrome or anthrocite rims with deep dish in back in the 17" with 275/40 front and 315/35 rear.

Plan 2: Cams, mass air and injectors.

At this point in time, would you all suggest I go with plan 1 or plan 2 for my next upgrade?

I was thinking plan 1 but my buddies have stated plan 2...

plan 2 that way you can get some rubber to hook up the power you are making now , are you staying NA or going to add some juice or a blower later ??

I was thinking of building up the motor all natural but get parts that would also be compatible with a supercharger, just in case I do get a supercharger.
