Need help with SR800 style wing

I bought my 2000 GT with this wing on it. I live in Italy and the plexiglass endpiece got broke off. I have been waiting on a plexiglass company here to manufacture another piece but it's been 9 months. I am about to deploy "again" for the GWOT and I would like to fix this prior to leaving. How do I find out which wing it is to buy new end pieces?

I could probally hook you up...I have a laser engraver and I cut custom acrylic and plexi pieces out all the time on it. If you can tell me the center mounts of the holes and the shape of the end piece...thickness of the acrylic needed. If you have a digital camera to take a picture of it that would be best instead of mailing me the other peice. If you can cover shipping and the cost of the acrylic I'll hook you up.
