It is stuck on the back bottom thread. The other 3 are loose but that back bottom one will not budge. You guys got any idea's on how to get it off thanks in advance.

They're studs that its on so if the throttle body is off the egr will come off. The same thing always happens to mine, what I do it keep tapping around it with a rubber mallet and working off, its the gasket thats holding it on, for some reason that one sticks, the TB one doesn't. Just have patience, and keep tapping it with the mallet and it will eventually loosen up.

Thanks for the reply i got it out. I had to double nut the stuck stud and take the stud out. Then the spacer came right out.

Thats cool, sometimes taking them studs out can be a real pain, I use the same method as you do, the double nut method. It was the gasket that was causing it to stick though wasn't it?

Yeah the bottom part of the gasket and then the bolt was like rusted hard on to the spacer.

Yeah, you could put like a stainless allthread in there and would never have a problem again.
