Need help with tires

I'm currently sitting on a set of Nitto NT555s that need replacing. I'm wondering whether I should stay with the Nittos or possibly look at other options. I'm also closly considering the Goodyear Eagle F-1 GS-D3.

Size is 285/35/18

If anyone has any experience with either tire (good or bad) or another tire they would reccommend, I'd highly appreciate it.

I've read many other thread's about what type of tire to look for. I'm particular to this size bc I like the way it fits and if anyone else is running this size tire, they know that there is not a lot to choose from.

A few things that might be able to aid anyone in their suggestions...
-This is not a daily driver (no i don't want DRs)
-some Auto X every now and again (extensive suspension work)
-live in GA, so cold weather is not a problem
