Need help with tune

I just put ported Cobra intake , now I wanna know what is the best timing and fuel pressure
Some people said I have too set timing on 13* some people 14* , and what is good fuel pressure 42psi without vaccum line

Mine is 14* timing and about 40 psi with vaccum off. Seems to work good and the plugs look good.
