Need Help

I ahve searched and found many threads concering my question. My question is how do you get the rear upper control arm bushing in. I have the moog part with the bushing in the metal sleev already. People say just tap it in but where do I tap, can I tap on the rubber or the betal sleeve?

I cut the center sleeve out by using using a hammer and flat end screwdriver and worked my way around the sleeve. Once the center sleeve was out, I just put an extension on a big socket, sprayed some silicone lube spray around the outside edges of the bushing and banged it out.
Spray the new one and bang it back in.
I installed urethane bushings. I slide the center sleeve out before I tapped the new bushing in the rear axle and then tapped the sleeve in.
