what ones should I buy...I was thinking Moroso ultra 40 race wires but I would like to hear what you guys have and think of them.

Keep in mind I would like to use the hold down part of my MDS cap so I would like to find some with the nipples on the cap boot

You can use any wire set. MSD will sell you just the boots. Make what you want.

Man they have gotten expensive. I just bought my second pair of FMS wires and have always had good luck with them, they are not to bad of a price either!

I just installed the Ford Racing 9mm blue set on my notch. They are great, they ran along the valve covers nice and don't look aftermarket. I got them all holding in the looms and clips nicely.

I had the same brand for my 95 GT back in the year 2000. They were way too long, maybe they changed them for the better.

Mine (ultra 40's) have been holding out great. I bought the universal set so I could route them cleanly underneath the headers, and the quality is top notch.

i'd get the FRPP wires, they are a good deal.

for a mild car plug wires are plug wires as long as they are spiral cored they are fine. buying a more expensive set will yield nothing over a cheaper set. moreso when running a stock ignition and stuff.

I know the bigger isn't better in this case but if I am buying new ones I should probly just spend the extra few bux and get good wires....just to have the extra cool factor under the hood when I show some of my ricer buddy's lol
