I bought my car used, and it has aftermarket infinitys in the front, and I haven't looked in the back...No tweeters (like the M460 has)

I want to replace the fronts and rears, and possibly put two tweeters where the M460 tweeters sit.

Any suggestions on speakers for the front/back/tweeters?

I'm looking for decent quality, but not top of the line...

I'd like some bass in the rear, so it would be cool if the rears had some kick.

I don't want subs, I had them, and I took them out.

I have been through several brands, and for the last 2 cars, I have stuck with Infinity Kappas. I would not recommend anything else, you can buy a set of infinity kappa component speakers, or just the tweeters from www.sounddomain.com or www.crutchfield.com. Do you have Infinity reference series speakers in the car right now? If so, that may be why you dont like them. Kappa series speakers are awesome, and if you hook them up to a decent amp, then you can get some major midbass, and you wont need the subs at all.

I just put a two sets of Infinity Kappa 5x7's in my car this week. I haven't been able to listen to a lot of other speakers, but these things sound awesome. World's better than the Mach460 is my girlfriends car. The amount of bass that these things put out is amazing for such a relatively small speaker. I'm running them through a 4-Channel amp that puts out 100 watts RMS to each speaker which is the max for those speakers. They retail for about $150 per pair but I got them off of eBay for about $60 per set. Awesome bang for the buck in my opinion.

I just finished installing all 4. I had the stocks in the rear (never knew that, got the car used)

I cannot believe how great these speakers sound. Even on a staticy radio station they were sounding pretty damn good, and my deck is only pushing 45 watts I believe..

I have a rockford fosgate amp in my garage that does 360 watts RMS bridged. Is there any way I can use this with the speakers without blowing them?
