i finally made my mind on getting the chrome deep dish bullit wheels.
I was planing on getting the 17inch wheels. But since the 18's dont cost THAT much more , why not go 18 !?

the question is , my car is more or will be more as performance rather than looks. But sometimes looks do matter a bit too.will the 18 inch wheels effect my performance ? and if yes , will will the loss be that great or should i just go with 18's. what do you guys think?

i "think" with the 17's you can run biger tires (315) than with the 18's = hook better..

Performance wise

17"
= will be lighter
= less rotating mass
= less strain on the suspension, steering, etc
= tire side walls will be thicker so possible better hook on launch. dependinding on which tires you go for, you'll have different caracteristics.

You want better straight line or roadhandling or overall performance?

Depending on which rim diameter and tire compound rating and width you will have different acceleration, hook, top speed, etc. But it all depends how far you push the car, if you don't push that much then it won't make a noticeable difference so might as well go for 18" for the extra looks.

17" will make your car faster
18" rubber costs a lot more money
18" look damn cool

Nice choice of rims, cannot go wrong with deep dish bullitts I think chrome finish is a great choice as well

18s look better and don't make a HUGE difference in performance.
