Need some Advice

I just bought a 2001 Cobra. I don't want to do anything to drastic too it (in the way of power). I was just wondering if a recommendation could be made to me on what would give the most bang for the buck. Keep in mind I live in California so I do need to pass smog. I am also wondering what is the actual 1/4 mile time, 0-60 time, and RWHP & RWTQ on a stock 01 Cobra (roughly). All answers and recommendations appreciated.

1) Aftermarket Shifter - MGW, Pro 5.0
2) Gears - 4.30's
3) Steeda Pulleys
4) Aftermarket Filter - K&N Style, JLT
5) Headers
6) X or H Pipe with or w/o cats
7) Dynotune when done with above

Mine is still under warenty for the next 3 years, so not modding my Cobra for a while...........
