need some expert advice on this cam delema

ok mods are in my sig....
my question is that do you think it would benefit me more to keep this f cam or to switch to this stage 2 trick flow that i have ...remeber i have a stock bettom end ...im thinking i wouldnt gain much and in fact it might hurt me to swap cams .....

also does 45 vac off seem high for my fuel pressure ..and does 20 deg base seem high or low for timing it isnt detonating at all

No expert but I've seen excellent results with w/almost the same combo NA and the F, along lines of 320+rwhp where you don't too many do this w/TFS-2.

Presure and timing are too high, drop FP to 40 (no vac) and timing to 16

the car just dosent seem like it has it @16 deg i was told 34-36 total which im thinking would put the base around20-23 in that area is anyone else running that high...im looking for suggestions only on the motor not for my nitrous im using a timing controller for that
