Just my opinion, but I am really happy with the Continental ContiExtreme tire.
I am using a different size than you are looking for but I did a LOT of research on Tirerack and read a LOT of tire reviews. These tires stick to the ground in both wet and dry. I have never felt so comfortable riding in the rain. I have only put about 5k on them, so Im not sure how the treadwear will be. They are supposed to be 40k tires. They were 118 each on tirerack.
Plus, the tread pattern is really nice...I have gotten a lot of compliments.
