Need to sell running 302 engine

I recently completed my stroker project and want to get rid of the 302 engine that was replaced. The engine ran great when I pulled it in October 2005. The mileage is believed to be about 68k miles. All the internals are stock, here are a list of modifications/upgrades I will include:

• Edelbrock Performer 4 Bbl intake (non RPM)
• Stock distributor with Pertronix ignition upgrade
• Polished aluminum "Mustang Powered by Ford" valve covers
• Fuel pump (almost new)
• Exhaust manifolds
• Dampener

I am not including the carb or air cleaner. Here are a couple of pics snapped when I pulled the engine:

I live in North Central MA and buyer must be willing to pick up (I will not deliver). If interested, please PM me and we will work out a price. I am very motivated to sell this, so all reasonable offers considered.
