I'm working on a '67 Cougar and swapping out the slipping stock C-4 for an AOD. I've gathered all the pcs I need, including a 2800 lock up converter, flex plate, x-member, mount, front yoke, pump seal, tailshaft seal, Lokar TV cable and a Transgo AOD-hp shift kit. The trouble is, either the instructions got lost or were never in there in the first place. After checking the Transgo website and searching this forum, all I could find was a video with this disclaimer:
CAUTION:
Videos are only procedural guides and installation tips.
They are not a replacement
for the written instructions.
"ALWAYS FOLLOW" the
written instructions provided
with the kit.

So, I was hoping that a kind soul out there that has recently installed one of these kits could photograph and post the pages onto this thread for me. If worse comes to worse, I will just buy another kit to obtain the instructions, but I was hoping to save the time waiting and $90.00 on anther kit that wouldn't get used for a while. I was planning on getting started later today. What do you say guys? Can anyone help me out?

What about contacting the company and asking them to email or mail you the directions?

Thanks, I will try that today. I didn't think I would have gotten a reply on the weekend from the company(Transgo), so I figured someone here must have installed this kit and hopefully kept the instructions. Very anxious to get going on this little project. I appreciate your suggestion!

Still no luck, Phoned Transgo to give them an e-mail address to send to and waited. Nothing. So I signed up for the free trial to their tech department so I could E-mail directly to them. Message sent - no reply.

Nobody out there installed one of these "AOD-HP" kits from Transgo? Any help would be appreciated.
