Need Tune for my 1996 Cobra

I have an SCT 9100, unlocked and looking for a tune.

Cobra has the usual:
--Off Road X-pipe
--Shorty Headers
--UDP's
--Kenny Brown suspension, lowering springs
--3.73 gears
--short throw shifter
--stage 2 clutch

Does anyone on here write tunes?

I assume you mean the old light blue handheld - unless you find a dealer with really old software still functioning you are out of luck because long ago SCT removed the capability to reprogram those from the software.
