Hi guys I just got a 03 TR mach 1 auto 32k mi. Well helped my GF buy it she drives it. Anyways it is completely stock but she wants it louder. My car dynoed 265 rwhp and 300 tq. I know stock auto mach dyno 250rwhp so she is already on my heels. I want to get her an OR X-pipe, cat-back exhaust, CAI, pulleys, and tuner. Which brands do you recommend for the tuner and exhaust. I have Lt's, or h-pipe and AT flows so it sounds classic, I want hers to sound different. Please any advice as to what brand or what others mods I should get will help a lot. Also how much hp you guys think it will make? thanks
P.S. Will an 03/04 stock cobra blower work on it? Wondering about taking that route too.

You'll gain about 20-25RWHP with the mods you mentioned, with the tuner giving you the biggest gain of about 12RWHP and TQ. The underdrive pulleys some people say are worthless on the Mach and can damage your engine. Others will say they work fine on their Mach. I have yet to hear anyone have any real world HP gains on them, and I've heard of Hot Rod magazine testing them on a Mach and actually lost HP. If you want your Mach to sound SUPER loud, get an offroad pipe. I've got a catted Bassani and Magnapacks and it's definitely loud enough to be heard afew blocks away. That's enough announcement I'm coming for me. Pick your poison as for a CAI. Their all in the same area as for HP gains. Welcome to the Mach club. I've got a Predator tuner, but if I was to get a tuner now, I'd get the SCT Excal 2. It's the newst one out there.

Thanks for the response and advice. Is yours an azure blue. We wanted one so bad but couldn't find one. Torch red was our second choice. Either way I think any color mach 1 looks great I love them all.

Don't put underdrive pulleys on it!! They give no power increase and will cause more headaches than you can stand. They have been linked to oil pump failures in the Mach 1 engine, so stay away from them. The alternator comes from the factory with an underdrive pulley, but that's the only one. If this is going to be a DD, I'd also stay away from an O/R mid pipe. Get a high flow catted h or x pipe, and either Bassani, Borla, or SLP cat back, and it will sound badass. Magnaflow and Flowmasters just seem to make it sound like every other Mustang, but that could just be my opinion. You also don't want to get caught up in the nightmare of trying to get all the parts necessary to put a Cobra blower on it! The laundry list of parts is as long as your arm! You'd be better off with a Procharger or a good nitrous setup. I use a Predator, but I think that the current Xcal 2 is probably an overall better unit and seems to have a better network of tuners supporting it. Good choice of colors by the way! Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up. I guess I will leave the ud pulleys on my GT. What about this spacer I hear about? Is worth it and where do they sell them?

PHP intake spacer. It will give you back the torque you lost by getting the O/R mid pipe. It will not increase your peak numbers, only low to midrange. For a $100, its a great bang for the buck. paul's high performance is the maker.
