Had a goal this summer of running 12's w/ my car w/ the power it is putting out it was well capable of it but being so green at the track poised the prob. I have been going to the track on a reg basis Ive made over 20 runs in the past month. I started out at 13.7 and each time improved upon that. Next visit I ran 13.4's then last night I ran 13.1's and today my first run was a 13.096 then finially busted off a run in the 12's

Felt so good to get 12's. I knew I could do it if I could get enough pratice and that made all the diffrence. Thanks to paul and the others who gave me some great pointers to help me reach my goal. I currently have new suspension on order so Im hoping w/ that I can run mid 12's consider I dipped into the 12's w/ nothing but lowering springs and 132,000 mile stock suspension.

, now with Heads, cam go for the 11's.
for a job well done!
well those who do dont know how to use them b/c I saw guys on MT Streets cutting 1.7s as well. Once you figure out the tire pressure of what your nittos like and figure out the burn out process w/ them ( they need lots of heat) then they stick fine. I ran 2 1.9 60's and one 2.008. My tires seem to like 14 PSI and a nice roasty toasty burn out, I like that part its alot of fun.
