I ran my car with the new PI swap and I am pretty pleased with it. I ran on street tires and 1st gear it just spun but I did run a 9.44@77. Picked up 5 mph and 3/10s from when it was stock. I ran a 9.70@72 and it just chirped the tires in first. It hooked up with street tires. But I will see what she will do when I put some DR's on it. I should be into the 8s.

Good to see that you picked up quite a bit in the MPH area. What rpm's are you shifting at?

Somewhere around 5500 rpms. How are you managing those quick times your putting down? They are impressive. Are you speed shifting and have some sticky tires? And in you sig what does TA mean? I can't figure it out. Thanks for all the comments.

T/A is timing adjuster, most likely a Steeda unit that allows you to increase ignition timing without a tune. Those are impressive times.

Should be faster I ran [email protected] all NPI with mods below without spray

81 mph trap with the auto? wtf is wrong with my car :(

8.9s but no where near that trap for me :(

wheelspin greatly exagerated his mph, if it even is real.

Ive never seen, or heard, in my 10years in mod motor of an NPI car trapping 81mph with stock heads/cams/intake/sus. weight etc. Pretty much impossible in my book at near stock weight at 1000 feet above see level.

Winters what kind of DR's do you have? I am thinking about getting some BFG's. And I forgot to mention that my run's were made in 100+ degree track temps. Were having a bad heat wave here in SC. BTW nice write up on your car.
