New 2011 v6 owner, budget mods?

Just got my 2011 v6 about a week ago as a Christmas present (to myself lol). I'm 20 so I'm hard up when it comes to finance, but still wanna gain some performance so i can show that the v6s are good cars too. Any ideas for budget mods under 1k? Please help!

Hand held SCT Tuner with a MPT tune. It will take around a half second off your 0 to 60 times.

Thanks man, I'll do that when i have a chance. I've actually been thinking about the tuner and drive shaft already, as that will allow me to get rid of the limit on how fast it is. Thanks for the help man!

Cold air intakes are dirt cheap, not a major performance buff but a good starting point
