new 347 problems, just finished it, STRESSED OUT! advice needed

I had a over heating problem with my 306 with h/c/i. Try a better radiator for cooling. Made mine go from 210 to 170 with no prob. I used a 160 stat.

Are you running an auto trans? If so does your trans cooler lines run through your radiator? All that new power may have smoked your converter and that can make one boil the water out of the radiator, ben there and done that ....D.J.
