New Cam and Engine!!!

ITs not final yet But im Getting a 308 forged internals and the works with a Trickflow Stage 2 Cam

Do you have any work done to the heads? Are the valve springs stock on them?

Can I ask why you went with forged internals? Did you just get forged pistons, or forged everything? Did you raise the compression at all?

The compression is 9:5:1, it has forged rods and a crank the piston are keith black and the heads were going to get them reworked when we take the motor apart, they have 600 lift springs on them 1.94int 1.54 exh.

Run a better head to take advantage of the camshaft. To make a set of P-heads keep up with that cam, you'd need some serious work done to them. How much are you going to pay to have the seats cut to accept bigger valves? I'm willing to bet with valves and machine work, you're looking at 300-400 bucks.

It'll run good, however, it'll run much better with a better head on it.

they already have the 1.94 1.54 valves on them when i bought them from tristate cylinder head
