new developement

on the intake install. well when i was removing the lower stock a bolt snapped, didnt take to much to do it. i think it was cracked. anyway i have spent the last 2 hours drilling and easy outing it with no success. i tried to weld it with a wire feed but that just wasnt getting me anywhere so in the morning i am going to get heli coil to fix it up for me. its funny, everything i read on this install said it was a fairly easy one to do. i cant wait till my camaro is done.

you know i have another 302 just sitting in my garage, i may just rip the head off of that and use it.

you broke the small intake bolt off in the head didn't you? save yourself some time and grief troubleshooting later and take this time as an opportunity to have your heads freshened up by a competent machine shop--let them get it out. you will be glad in the long run
