I have upgraded my engine from Edelbrock performer intake, cam, and Performer RPM heads with stock pistons, to Edelbrock performer RPM intake, Comp Cams XE268H, KB Flat top pistons. Do I need to make the mixture richer before I run it for 30 minutes at 2500 rpm? I don't want it too lean nor do I want to wash the oil from the cylinders by being too rich.

No, that carb should be fine the way it is. What you added wasn't THAT big of a jump and shouldn't require any mixture changes. You can keep an eye out for glowing headers during your cam break-in period, which is an indicator of a lean mixture, but you shouldn't have any issues.
