I have a 88 mustang Lx orignal 5.0 car took the motor out and rebuilt it had motor bored its a 306 with keith black pistons and scat rods put motor back in ran fine but just recently started acting up and cant seem to fix the problem. It seems to have a miss in it doesnt run smooth like used to. If any answers please let me know thanks.

Can you give us more details? Does it miss or hesitate only at certain speeds and/or conditions, or is it rough all the time. What have you checked and/or replaced already? Plugs, wires, timing belt/chain, cam angle (?), any intake or exhaust malfunctions/restrictions...
