Hey all, haven't been here in years, used to own a '99GT tru 35th anny limited, No. 2013, lost in tractor trailer accident. Fixed and sold to friend. Resulting lawsuit bought me the Cobra and a home, I've been blessed and appreciate everything, every day, the $, and more importantly that myself and newborn son weren't killed.
Anyways, I just got my car back, had to get the tune after installing the Kenne Bell 2.6H. My other modds are in my details, it's fully setup for corner burning, not drag.
My question relates to my tune, and seasonal performance. I've had the car, well, not long, 3 months, barely drove it the first 8 weeks, has been in the shop more than 90% of the time, suspension/brakes, suspension setup and testing, etc etc, my god what a difficult process. So to my question;
This is my first positive displacement supercharger, and I've never owned a car with a centrifugal. My only experience with forced induction was a Viggen Saab, and I know my KB doesn't lag like a turbo or centrif.
***So, I'm sure there's plenty of you here with my same blower, it's KB's best selling one for the Terminator. I put about 300 miles on it stock, and around 250 over this last weekend, so I have not yet driven it in the summer. What kind of issues may I face, in warmer weather? How do these mustangs run compared to say, a '99-'04 GT 16V? My Saab ran like crap, even with a great tune, in warm weather, how are Terminators generally, and how might mine differ having the 2.6H? < Mostly concerning consistency and reliabilty, because my 99GT was inconsistent in warmer weather.* Oh, I guess it's important, the car is tuned to run on 93 octane, it's a modest street tune. Longevity/Reliability are my biggest issues next to top notch brakes/suspension.
Thank you sooo much for any info, and even remarks/advice/experiences you don't mind sharing with me, concerning this blower and what I can expect, as far as performance, reliability, and what leaque I'm in now. Thank you so much for any input, of any kind, on the Terminator generally, my modds, etc etc. I remember getting fantastic advise time and time again in the past with my GT, and look forward to some of you Termy owner's opinions and/or experiences, "especially" anyone that races on the circuit, or have in the past, cause I had a tough time getting the car handling well, and now with all this power, I'm not certain if I'll need to have it messed with.
*In the warmer weather the GT ran as follows: If on throttle, somewhat heavy for more than a minute, for example in 5th gear on a hill on the highway ya know, if I'd downshift and punch it, the power wouldn't be as good as if I were gentle, or off the throttle for a good 30 seconds, I also had this issue with both 5.0's I owned, although one was real good and not nearly as noticeable. My curiosity is how Terminators compare, if anyone is familiar with this issue I'm trying to describe, stock, and with my blower.

It runs fine, honestly, it was better than I'd hoped it would be. I dunno what it would be like without the brakes and suspension though.
