i would look into some crower stage 2 blower cams. a lot of n/a guys have made good power on these cams, and since they are a blower cam they work really well once u do get the blower on there.

are you having the heads ported? i hope so because you will see very little it any gains with the trick flow intake. some say it will only really help a car with ported heads. as far as cams go i would only go with a stage 1 cam if your gona go FI later. anything above that and you wont make as much power because of the overlap. or you could go with some blower cams. comp gets my vote

I would go with CMS Stg 2 Blower cams, one of the guys that worked for VT started up his own shop and is selling the same stuff VT sold. I have VT stg 2 Blower Cams and they are awsome and I know of a few people running them on their NA cars also.

be carefull with patriot heads if you do some searching on this site and google you will find alot of people that have had problems with oil consumption because of faulty valve guides and seals. according to the stuff i've read yes the ported heads will help the tfs intake. and not iam not talking about non-pi cams. Iam talking about PI cams from comp.

yes they are the 262. also i forgot to add that patriot suposebly fixed their problems and i red somewhere that the owner actually fired some people over all the heads that were being returned. I think the LS1 guys had it the worst because there is a s**t load of postes that come up when you do a google search. I have also heard of the owner going to great lengths to make things write when a set of his heads dont work out as advertised. I may go with them myself or mmr.

even the cms(vt) stage 3 blowers can be put in a stock piston engine without ptv.I love my stage 3's but don't think n/a they would be all that great. the stage 2'swould give you the best of both worlds(although the idle is not as aggressive)

I would go with the comp 262s. I trust companys that have the funds and resorces to do good in depth R&D over smaller companys. just my opinion. i say go with the 262s because you will loose power with the 270s because of excessive overlap due to more duration. also what fuel pump you got? hope its not a walbro.

Stg3s are kind of over kill atleast thats what Jim or Scott told me. He said the Stg2s were good up to about 800hp and 20+lbs of boost.
