New KB numbers at the track

WHY CHANCE IT??? take the time to add forged internals now or lower your boost until you get it done and save your engine from possible damage. IMO it would be better to do that now than wait and have a much bigger problem on your hands.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.

Modular blocks are amazingly strong. Even the internals. No detonation....no problem.
I agree...BUT, and that's a BIG BUT...running at that power level is just a matter to time to blow up your engine...the tune must be perfect! I'm upping my boost level to 10 psi in a couple of weeks but that's only becasue I have easy access to 93 octane.

The gas station down the street sells 100. And its not like I drive 14psi all the time. When driving aroung town it rarley sees 6-8psi. Unless ofcourse a vette pulls up. But with a good tune, there will be no detonation, therfore no problem. Thanks for the concerns tho. =) I'll keep ya posted on the dyno next week.

Yeah, I figured you could squeeze that out of 4.10's, but not much more than that. I knew you couldn't have been going into 5th, that would have just killed your time.
