My brother and I aquired this new LX about a week ago. Nobody has ever run it on a dyno or at the strip yet. Iam wondering how fast you all think it might go.

I will say this, I have driven it several times now and it will FLAT GET AFTER IT! This is the fastest car I have ever driven. It is down right startling when you get on the gas in first.

I believe it is actually an X cam and not an E-cam despite what the site says. Also, I think we are running about 10-11 psi boost on a rather high 9.5 to 1 compression. So the HP should be on up there... Take a look and let me know what you predict.

Street tires or Drag radials because I have acess to both...

Yes, the compression is high for that much boost. We have good forged bottom end and we are retarding the hell out of the timing. I am running a 6AL msd box right now but I am going to switch to digital 6. After that I can tweak the timing on the dyno and see what she does...

Its probably an easy 11 sec car even tho the combo is wrong.

That intake is way too small for a car that has an e-cam with gt40 heads. Something like a cobra, gt40, trickflow street heat, or edelbrock performer intake would be alot better on a street car.
