Hey that's Myers' new baby isn't it?

Also: It has two sequential roots blowers, I don't care if there were stickers on it saying "Powered by the fast and the furious", it is hotrod to the extreme!

Oh and I don't know how the guy behind it in the black can stand there seriously, with a contemplationary look on his face. "Hmm, there's 3 foot of motor above the bonnet, how odd." I'd be more like "HOLY SH!# BATMAN!!"

Ok here are a few more, a few of these pics might answer a couple of your questions. I'm actually a little suprised about it getting such a negative reaction, but oh well everyone is entitled to their opinions.

Platonic Solid & 6T6coupe - if u look closely at the front on pic there is a rolll cage in it, very subtle but it's there.

NorCal66, 5.0n66 & allcarfan - Not sure how the twin supercharger deal works, all i know is it's utilising two 8/71 blower casings, the top being stripped and fitted out with 6/71 internals.

Myfirst67 - Yeah i'm not convinced on the paint, especially the grill.

the only thing I really have a great dislike for is the motor, the rest of the car isnt my style but I can respect the amount of work that went into the body and such.

Well, the guy that built it already has a daily driver. This:

This new one is just a show car.

My first impression was that that would be some bad ass muscle. My new impression is that the car is alot of money with a fancy paint job and a shiny engine. If that is a right hand drive car............he should always race in the left lane. Other wise if someone were to come out of the left lane into his, he would have no way of knowing with the engine in his way. Alot of work, alot of money, alot of disrespect. Deep down, that thing is no longer a mustang. my two cents

I don't see why it is no longer a mustang, the only real radical things are the boot lid, and the superchargers. Well, supercharger anyway, having one on isn't radical. If you painted it black, closed the boot and took a supercharger off, it'd be a standard drag car.

EDIT: My take on it is that if it was originally a mustang, and still retains the body shape, has a motor and wheels, a place to sit and steer, then it still is a mustang.

Certainly this one is VERY custom, and outrageous, but that's the point.

65straightsick - I understand where your coming from with it not being a mustang, but I personally see it as a custom mustang i guess. The shell is the only original part left and even that's been modified, but it still retains the look of a mustang.

Route666 - I would love to see him rip a skid like that in the new one!

All it's missing is the giant shifter poking through a sun roof.

It would be ok if he... took off one blower, blacked out the grill, chromed the grill pony, changed the colors from pink and purple all over the car to something like... shades of blue, threw in a Ford engine like 460ci or so, and made it daily driveable, but that's just me.

I like the rest of it. I think it would be cool to cruise in it after the changes were made.

Do you happen to have any pics of it with the hood on? I noticed it laying on the ground...

Do you have any pictures of the back, where the tail lights are. I think the thing looks awesome, only thing i don't really like is the dual supercharger, its alittle over the top for me, one is enough. Car looks pretty damn clean, any more shots of the interior. That looks clean too.
