Do you mean how much would I charge? .. or how much would it cost you to do it yourself? I just charged a guy $250 for a 03 Cobra which was low for what I ended up doing to it. It took me a good 18 hours to do it. I did EVERYTHING including undercarriage, wheel wells, I'm talking about everything. The guy came to pick it up and couldn't believe his eyes and left $500 lighter.

Yea, I'm talking about someone like yourself and I would want some kind of swirl mark treatment mainly.

A real detail would consist of a very good wash, claying, paint corrective polishes until it fixed it which is usually a few different steps in itself, a Iso. Alcohol wipe down which will remove any polishes that are hiding the defects to show you the paint. Than onto a sealant and/or glaze, and than topped with a wax.

I just had mine done..10 hours of work, and its never looked better...I wouldn't even think about using a high speed wheel on my car, I leave that for the proffesionals..

Kooldawg, It looks good..but +1 on claying it..

A little too far for myself. I'll try to find someone that is capable of quality work.

kooldawg, do you know how much the 340s weigh?

i've been in love with those rims since i first saw them. i'm thinking of ordering 2 strictly for a track tire, and then 4 for all around driving. if weight isn't MUCH over stock i'd be looking at ordering a set the 31st of this month.

I weighed the OEM fanblade with the 235/50-18 and the 340 with the 245/45-18 was only a couple of pounds more. I didn't bother weighing the 18x10s with the 295/45. The MTs are similar enough size to OEM for me to weigh them on the fanblades to the Nittos on the 340s. I can do that tomorrow evening and get back to you.

I have the Mustang lettering too. Look on E-bay. They are available in stick on. Many good Ford parts vendors have them too.

I got the letters from CJ Ponyparts. They are Scott Drake with double sided tape.

If you buff a little harder you might be able to get that dude out of your finish that keep showing up in some of your pics. But really, that looks great
