After weeks or raining weekends (at least all the ones I've been home for) i finally had a pretty Saturday to wheel the old girl outta the cage (garage). I snapped this that afternoon and am using it for my wallpaper.

Still have a TON of things to finish in time for Spring...sigh.

LOL...I had it in there too, but I took it out since the sender from Autometer does not fit. I'll have to go get an adapter at the local Home Improvement Whorehouse...err...warehouse.

Heh! I did put a disclaimer in there for those on the tin-can-and-string internet connections.

I have been running 1600X1200 or better desktop resolution since ~1995, sio I have a hard time seeing those tiny pictures :D

If you change the sizing of any digital image through html code and do not also alter the actual resolution you suffer degraded pixels, period. If you make a big picture small through html code the effect is not nearly as drastic as doing it the other way around, but using html to make them smaller does nothing for download speeds so why bother?

Lookin' good Edbert! Too bad you've missed out on some prime working/cruisin' weather in the last month or so. It's been pretty great up here in DFW anyway. Can't wait to see it all come together. :nice:

So that I don't have to scroll around to see the whole pic. Or maybe I just need a bigger monitor. :rolleyes:

She's looking good though. Is she going to stay at that ride height?

Yeah, It is lowered one-inch all around, but those 245/45/17s raised it back up almost that much. I've got welded in subs under there and long tubes, so I can't get too crazy. Remember the external floors on a convertible are lower than on a coupe or fastback, so the exhaust is going to hang a bit low.

I could certainly get bigger wheels and/or lower it some, but I think the angle makes it look higher than it is, and those springs will settle some, plus there's no interior to speak of.

Regarding the paint...which part? LOL

Regarding the wiring...lemme just say...kits from Painless Performance aren't the former. Anyone within a few hours drive of Austin wanna earn some Christmas money?
